SMS Messaging Program

Customers who voluntarily consent may receive service-related text messages from Southern Tier Tech, including appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notifications, job updates, responses to inquiries, estimates, deposit or payment links, and other communications directly related to requested services.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with Southern Tier Tech. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out & Help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, call (607) 425-2552, or email james@southerntiertechllc.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
