Replace Existing Gas Furnace – 80% AFUEDescription Remove and dispose of the existing gas furnace and install a new 60,000 BTU, 80% AFUE natural gas furnace with ECM blower. Installation includes adapting the new furnace to the existing supply and return ductwork, reconnecting the existing gas and electrical services, and connecting the furnace to the existing venting system where permitted. Existing venting will be inspected and modified as necessary for proper operation of the new furnace. Includes: - New 60,000 BTU 80% AFUE furnace - Removal and disposal of existing furnace - Sheet-metal transitions and duct modifications as required - Gas piping connections - Electrical and thermostat connections - Venting modifications as required - Startup and operational testing - Verification of temperature rise and proper furnace operation Existing ductwork, chimney/vent system, gas piping, and electrical service are assumed to be serviceable unless otherwise noted. Any concealed deficiencies requiring additional repair will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed.$5,250.00
