80,000 BTU 96% High-Efficiency Gas Furnace Replacement: Remove and dispose of existing approximately 40- year-old furnace. Remove existing wood-boiler heat exchanger from duct system and modify existing ductwork as required for installation of new equipment. Furnish and install new 80,000 BTU, 96% AFUE highefficiency propane furnace. Installation includes connection to existing supply and return ductwork, required sheet-metal transitions, propane gas piping modifications, PVC intake/exhaust venting, condensate drain and condensate pump, electrical power connection, and thermostat/control wiring. Start and test new furnace, verify proper gas pressure, temperature rise, airflow, venting, condensate operation, and overall system operation. Price includes normal installation materials, removal of existing equipment, and job-site cleanup. Note: Existing propane piping will be evaluated for adequate capacity.
