Remove and dispose of the existing gas furnace and install a new ACiQ 96% high-efficiency gas furnace.

Work includes setting and securing the new furnace, adapting the existing supply and return ductwork as necessary, reconnecting the existing gas and electrical service, modifying/reconnecting PVC combustion air and exhaust venting, installing condensate drainage, and reconnecting the existing thermostat wiring.

Upon completion, the furnace will be started and tested for proper ignition, heating operation, airflow, venting, and overall system operation.

Includes:

Removal and disposal of existing furnace
New ACiQ 96% high-efficiency gas furnace
Required duct transitions/modifications
Gas piping connections and fittings
PVC intake/exhaust vent modifications as required
Condensate drain connections
Electrical and thermostat connections
Startup and operational testing

Existing ductwork, thermostat, gas supply, electrical service, and vent routing will be reused where serviceable and compatible with the new equipment. Any additional repairs or modifications discovered during installation that are outside the quoted scope will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed.
